Board Meeting are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of the month starting at 5:00 pm. Please note the time change.
FCCA members are invited to speak to the Board regarding any matters related to Association business. During all regularly scheduled Board Meetings, the period of time from 5:05 -5:30 pm is set aside to hear from the membership. Any member wishing to speak must sign in and will be allotted a maximum of three minutes to speak. Members must be present and signed in no later than 5:00 pm.

Plantation Settlement at First Colony (PSFC) The meetings take place at the FCCA office. During all regularly (does not include Annual Meeting) scheduled Board Meetings the period of time from at the start of the meeting is set aside to hear from the membership. Any member wishing to speak must sign in and will be allotted a maximum of three minutes to speak. Members must be present and signed in no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
