Board Meeting are scheduled for the 4th Thursday of the month starting at 3:00 pm.
FCCA members are invited to speak to the Board regarding any matters related to Association business. During all regularly scheduled Board Meetings, the period of time from 4:00- 4:30 pm is set aside to hear from the membership. Any member wishing to speak must sign in and will be allotted a maximum of three minutes to speak. Members must be present and signed in no later than 4:00 pm.

Plantation Settlement at First Colony (PSFC) Board meetings for 2010 are scheduled for April 7 & September 15, and the Annual Meeting on December 7. The meetings take place at 6:30 pm at the FCCA office. During all regularly (does not include Annual Meeting) scheduled Board Meetings the period of time from 6:30 -6:40 pm is set aside to hear from the membership. Any member wishing to speak must sign in and will be allotted a maximum of three minutes to speak. Members must be present and signed in no later than 6:30 pm.
