•Conducted every other year by Creative Consumer Research the survey assesses the attitudes of homeowners in various areas including: landscaping and maintenance of common areas, deed restriction guidelines, customer service, communications and overall satisfaction with the quality of life in First Colony

Survey Results

•Average number of years members surveyed have lived in First Colony is almost 14 YEARS

•71% of members surveyed stated it is very likely they will be living in First Colony in 5 years

•91% of the members understand the community’s rules and regulations

•79% of the members expect their property value to increase over the next 5 years and believe the value of their homes benefit from the amenities and services provided by FCCA

•77% of the members feel the rules and restrictions are appropriate

•Participants voiced that developing new amenities was a top priority
